Buena Vida Specialty Coffee’s mission is to “change the world one cup of regenerative specialty coffee at a time”. They promote ecological stewardship, economic justice, and transparent sourcing. Buena Vida coffee farmer's practices go beyond organic, restoring ecosystems, strengthening soil resilience, and combating climate change.

This coffee is from Microbeneficio M y M coffee farm in Dota, Los Santos, Costa Rica. Owned by Roberto Mata and his grandson Erick, this sixth-generation farm has become one of Costa Rica’s most celebrated, earning the prestigious Cup of Excellence in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Certified Regenified Tier 5, the highest level of recognition for regenerative agriculture, the farm operates like a food forest. Coffee is intercropped with banana, avocado, poró trees, and native grasses -- the land is alive with biodiversity!

The Las Nubes roast is a medium-roast that delights the palate with vibrant notes of apricot, orange, and fruit-forward brightness. This unique flavor profile reflects both the high-altitude terroir and careful regenerative cultivation practices, resulting in a coffee that isn’t just delicious—but distinctly expressive.
