Rootstock runs on a weekly cycle.
Saturday by 8am — the store is stocked. A fresh selection goes live, showing the week's harvest: what berries are at peak, which farms are picking, and any seasonal extras we've added.
Tuesday at midnight — ordering closes. You have from Saturday morning through Tuesday at 11:59PM to place your order.
Thursday — your order arrives. Home deliveries are on Thursday evening between 5PM and 9PM. If you've chosen a pickup point, your order will be ready by Thursday evening between 5PM and 8PM.
We have a $30 minimum for orders.
At checkout, you can select home delivery if you would like to deliver to an address in our eligible zip codes. There is a flat $10 delivery fee, which is waived if your order is above $80.
At checkout you can select to have your order shipped to a pickup point. You can either pick up your order at an official Rootstock pickup location or a private pickup location, both for free.

We work closely with our growers to set prices that prioritize fair, meaningful returns for the people growing your food. Our goal is to direct as much value as possible back to farmers and partners, while still offering you pricing in line with premium farmers’ markets.
We typically sell in full 1 lb clamshells—more generous than the typical open pint (~0.75 lb)—so you’re getting more of peak-season fruit with every order. While we may offer occasional promotions, we aim to keep pricing steady and transparent throughout the season, creating consistency you can count on and stability our growers can rely on.
Changes or cancellations to orders are cannot be guaranteed after 2 hours from the time of purchase, as preparation begins shortly after placement. Please email hello@rootstock.earth with any changes or cancellations.
