Thanks for choosing Rootstock. Our store runs on a weekly cadence—please review the schedule, fees, cutoff times, and service area below before placing your order.

Weekly Schedule and Order Cutoff

Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM PST to be included in that week's fulfillment.

You may update your order until Tuesday at 11:59 PM PST. After this time, orders are finalized for the week.

Handling and Fulfillment

We place orders with our farm partners after the cutoff so they can harvest only what’s needed—reducing waste and maximizing freshness.

We collect produce from farms on Wednesday to ensure peak quality.

Pickup and delivery orders are fulfilled on Thursday evening.

Because we work directly with local farms, availability may occasionally be affected by weather, harvest conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If we’re unable to fulfill part of your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or a substitute of comparable value.

Pickup and Delivery Options

Rootstock Pickup

Available Thursday evening at designated community hubs. Pickup is free.

Private Pickup

Coordinate a shared drop-off with your own group. Delivery is $5 per order for shared addresses with 5+ customers, and free for shared addresses with 10+ customers.

Home Delivery

Delivered Thursday evening for a flat fee of $10 per order.

Fees and Free Delivery

Orders with a subtotal of $80 or more qualify for free home delivery (waiving the $10 delivery fee).

Platform fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
