Rootstock partners with growers to create the conditions for long-term success—supporting their ability to thrive economically while investing in ecological growing methods. By making the economics work for farmers, Rootstock helps ensure they can focus on what they do best: growing delicious, healthy food in harmony with the land and their communities.

Our team is a mix of talented people who help bring Rootstock to life—mostly independent collaborators rather than full-time staff. Each brings unique expertise to make sure you get the best local produce and experience every week.

I've always had a knack for finding strawberries—the wild ones I found on mountain hikes as a kid taught me to look closely, value flavor, and connect with nature. That instinct shaped Rootstock, and it also echoes through my work building and scaling mission-driven ventures. I’ve led global teams at Google, advised startups focused on climate and agriculture, and worked across business, strategy, operations, investing, and supply chains. Rootstock brings those threads together: supporting exceptional, ecologically conscious farmers and creating a food system rooted in community, health, equity, and regeneration.
