Fifth Crow Farm
Rainbow Chard (bunched)
$5
Unit price perRainbow chard is as good to look at as it is to cook with — stems in vivid red, yellow, orange, and white, with large, dark green leaves and a mild, earthy flavor that’s more tender and approachable than kale. Sauté the whole bunch together, or separate the stems and leaves and cook them in stages since the stems take a little longer. Equally good wilted into pasta, scrambled into eggs, or braised low and slow.
