Summer Amelia Yellow Peaches (half flat)

Twin Peaks Orchards is a 102-acre certified organic farm in Newcastle, CA, in the Sierra foothills — founded in 1912 by the Nakae family and now in its fifth generation, run by Camelia Enriquez Miller and her husband Justin. All of their stone fruit is hand-picked and tree-ripened, and the vineyard-quality soil, rolling hills, and hot days with cool nights of the Newcastle foothills create fruit that is rich in sugar and full of flavor. The Summer Amelia is a larger yellow peach variety with a distinctive characteristic: unlike most peaches, it stays firm even at full ripeness. Bold, juicy, and fragrant, with a bright acidity that balances its deep sweetness — and a satisfying snap that holds up well for slicing.

This half flat is approximately 5 lbs, with an average of 9–12 peaches. Because these are harvested to order and ripened naturally on the tree, peach size varies week to week. Stone fruit season is short — enjoy them while they last.
