All of their stone fruit is hand-picked and tree-ripened, and the vineyard-quality soil, rolling hills, and hot days with cool nights of the Newcastle foothills create fruit that is rich in sugar and full of flavor. The Summer Amelia is a larger yellow peach variety with a distinctive characteristic: unlike most peaches, it stays firm even at full ripeness. Bold, juicy, and fragrant, with a bright acidity that balances its deep sweetness — and a satisfying snap that holds up well for slicing.
This full flat is approximately 10 lbs, with an average of 18–24 peaches. Because these are harvested to order and ripened naturally on the tree, peach size varies week to week. Enough to share with neighbors, slice over yogurt all week, or make a big batch of jam. Stone fruit season is short — enjoy them while they last.
