New!

Cranberry beans were first cultivated in Colombia and brought to Europe by Spanish colonizers, where they became a staple of Italian cuisine. Creamy, thin-skinned, and versatile, with a rich broth that makes them perfect for a simple pot of beans or classic dishes like pasta e fagioli. Certified organic and grown on the farm in San Gregorio, CA. 1 lb dry bag.

Blue House Farm was founded in 2005 by first-generation farmer Ryan Casey in Pescadero, CA, after studying agriculture and training at the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems. The farm grows over 30 varieties of certified organic heirloom beans across two coastal sites in San Gregorio and Pescadero, alongside vegetables, flowers, and fruit.
