Important note: pears are picked slightly ahead of full ripeness to limit damage during transport. Leave your pears out on the counter for a few days for them to reach peak sweetness!
Fifth Crow Farm is a certified organic farm founded in 2008 in Pescadero, CA, on the San Mateo coast — 45 miles from San Francisco and 35 miles from Santa Cruz. Operating on 150 acres including 30 acres of row crops, a 24-variety apple orchard, a young pear orchard, and a pastured egg operation, the farm sells primarily to farmers markets and restaurants in San Francisco and San Mateo County.
