Their teacakes rotate with the seasons — carrot in spring, zucchini in summer, pumpkin in fall, citrus in winter — each one made in the farm kitchen using their own stone-milled whole wheat flour and all organic ingredients. The zucchini teacake is warmly spiced, exceptionally moist, and not too sweet. No preservatives, no dairy, no nuts. Contains wheat and eggs. Keep refrigerated, or freeze for later.
