Rootstock is a farm-to-you fresh food club that nourishes you with exceptional local produce, community tasting events, and a deeper connection to the land and the people who farm it.

Our mission is to connect people directly with fresh, local, healthy food—and the farmers who grow it.

We're building a community that loves great food, craves transparency in how it gets from seed to plate, and shares a desire to make the world a little better.

Rootstock partners with growers to create the conditions for long-term success—supporting their ability to thrive economically while investing in ecological growing methods. By making the economics work for farmers, Rootstock helps ensure they can focus on what they do best: growing delicious, healthy food in harmony with the land and their communities.

We believe that when we connect more directly—with each other, and with how and where our food is grown—we have the potential to drive real change, starting locally.

  • Fresher, better-tasting food at its seasonal peak

  • Healthier eating for us—and our kids

  • Stronger connections between people, land, and farms

  • Better outcomes for farmers and the planet

  • It’s a big dream, and we’re starting small.

We're currently focused on the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding growing regions, where we’re exploring pilot concepts, building partnerships, and seeking co-creators and advisors.

Berry Club is our first offering.

We’ll expand to more offerings and categories as the seasons progress and we learn from our community.

When farms thrive, we thrive.
