Because these are harvested to order and ripened naturally on the tree, peach size varies week to week, expect anywhere from 9 to 14 peaches per half flat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor the best eating experience, leave them on the counter for 1–2 days to finish ripening.
